We are trying to save the life of a particularly special woman. A doctor who has saved many lives herself over the years, be they gunshot victims in West Philadelphia, ladies with gynecological emergencies, or patients given a fighting chance through Dr. Mom's early detection of their cancer.
Now "Dr. Mom" is sick, and is transitioning from healer to patient.
And hopefully from patient to survivor.
